Welcome to Field Notes
Share
In my anthropology days, "Field Notes" were where the raw truth lived. They were the scribbled observations of how people connect, how they survive, and what they value. They weren't polished; they were real.
When I opened this store to fulfill my mom's bucket list, I realized I was back in the field.
My mom's life was a masterclass in a specific kind of human spirit: Midwestern Tenacity. She taught me that resilience is our most beautiful "cultural artifact." Now, as I take her unfinished dreams and turn them into collections—like our Say Yes to New Adventures line—I'm documenting the journey here.
In this space, you can expect:
- The "Why" behind the design: Like why our toddler suits are "Safety Yellow" (because protecting our future is the most important job we have).
- Legacy Updates: Which items we're crossing off her bucket list this month.
- Dispatch News: Early looks at new releases and the stories that inspired them.
