We believe in clear paths, not confusing fine print—so here’s everything in plain language
Return Policy
At Bucket List Helper, every item is made just for you—because your adventures aren’t one-size-fits-all.
Because of this, we only accept returns or offer replacements if something went wrong on our end:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (it doesn’t match your order)
If everything arrives as expected, we’re not able to accept returns for things like sizing issues, change of mind, or “this looked different in my head” moments.
15-Day Window
If there’s an issue, you have 15 days from delivery to reach out so we can make it right.
Something Not Right?
We want you out there checking things off your list—not stuck dealing with a frustrating order.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- A photo or two so we can see what’s going on
We’ll take it from there and get things moving quickly.
Returns & Replacements
If your request is approved:
- We’ll guide you through the next steps
- If a return is needed, we’ll cover the shipping
- Please don’t send anything back before contacting us first—it might get lost in the wild 🧭
Once verified, we’ll either:
- Send you a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
A Quick Note on Sizing & Exchanges
If sizing goes rogue, we totally understand—it happens.
Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for size or fit.
If you’re unsure before ordering, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Your bank may take a little longer to post it.)
